Product Details
I. Core Hardware Architecture
The power stage adopts synchronous buck / buck-boost topology equipped with PWM/PFM integrated main controller IC, low-Rds(on) MOSFETs and high-frequency filter components to improve conversion efficiency, reduce heat loss and realize high power density for compact car charger assembly. On-board EMC filter circuit suppresses voltage surge and electromagnetic interference from engine ignition and on-board electric equipment to ensure steady operation.
II. Core Control Functions
Built-in dedicated fast-charging IC identifies connected devices via D+/D- pins automatically and negotiates mainstream protocols including PD, QC, SCP, FCP and AFC. It dynamically switches output voltages of 5V, 9V, 12V, 20V to charge mobile phones, tablets, dashcams and other on-board electronics.
Supports simultaneous multi-port output. The control IC monitors real-time voltage and current of each channel and intelligently distributes total rated power to prevent single-port overload and power contention, securing stable and efficient multi-device charging.
Light-load sleep & burst operation modes cut standby power consumption under no-load or light-load conditions to minimize battery drain when vehicle is parked for long-term powered-on standby.
III. Full-Range Multi-Protection Mechanism
The controller rapidly cuts off output or limits current upon abnormal conditions and auto-resumes normal operation after fault removal without manual reset; reverse current blocking safeguards vehicle battery and connected loads against back-feed damage.
