Developed exclusively for wearable finger ring counters with compact mini PCB layout, the PCBA realizes key/capacitive touch counting, data storage, low-power operation, vibration reminder and Li-ion charging. Designed to fit ring form factor, it serves Buddhist prayer counting, fitness check-in, step statistics, visitor counting and production piece tally, supporting mass SMT assembly with high integration and miniature dimension.

  1. Counting Acquisition Module

    Supports mechanical tact key or capacitive touch counting; anti-shake algorithm eliminates false triggering for reliable single-click +1 increment, long-press reset and segmented counting with real-time data saving.

  2. MCU & Low-Power Management

    Adopts tiny low-power MCU with ultra-low sleep current, compatible with coin cells or miniature rechargeable lithium batteries. Auto sleep & wake-up function greatly extends runtime for long-term continuous wear.

  3. Alert & Interaction Module

    Built-in micro vibration motor triggers vibration reminders upon target completion, count reset or low battery; optional LED indicator visualizes power level and working status.

  4. Power & Charging Management

    Onboard compact Type-C charging circuit with overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Component-saving layout fits confined inner ring space, with optional wireless charging expansion available.
